Our extension requires access to your Gmail account to perform its core functionality (email cleaning, archiving, and organization). When you authorize the extension:

  • We access attachment information for storage management features

1.2 Data Processing Location

All data processing occurs locally on your device. We do not transmit, store, or process your email data on any external servers. Your emails never leave your browser.

1.3 License Information

If you purchase a Pro or Pro+ license, we store your license key locally in Chrome's storage to validate your subscription tier. License keys are validated against our licensing service, but no email data is transmitted during this process.

1.4 Usage Analytics

We do NOT collect any analytics, usage statistics, or tracking data. We do not use any third-party analytics services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the Gmail data you authorize solely for:

  • Displaying your emails within the extension interface
  • Performing email operations you request (delete, archive, label, backup)
  • Generating local statistics about your inbox (sender analysis, storage usage)
  • Executing scheduled cleaning tasks you configure

We never:

  • Sell, rent, or share your email data with third parties
  • Use your data for advertising or marketing purposes
  • Train AI models on your email content
  • Store your emails on external servers
  • Access your emails when the extension is not actively in use

3. Data Storage

3.1 Local Storage Only

All extension data is stored locally using Chrome's built-in storage APIs:

  • chrome.storage.local: Stores your preferences, license key, and scheduled task configurations
  • Session memory: Temporarily holds email data during active use (cleared when you close the popup)

3.2 Backup Files

When you use the backup feature, ZIP files are generated locally and downloaded directly to your device. We do not upload or store backup files on any server.

4. Data Security

We implement security measures to protect your data:

  • OAuth 2.0: We use Google's secure OAuth 2.0 protocol for authentication. We never see or store your Google password.
  • Minimal Permissions: We request only the Gmail API permissions necessary for the extension's functionality.
  • No External Transmission: Your email data is processed entirely within your browser and is never sent to external servers.
  • Secure Token Storage: OAuth tokens are managed securely by Chrome's identity API.

5. Third-Party Services

5.1 Google APIs

We use Google's Gmail API to access your email data. Your use of this data is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

5.2 Payment Processing

License purchases are processed through third-party payment providers (such as Gumroad or LemonSqueezy). We do not store your payment information. Please refer to the respective payment provider's privacy policy for details on how they handle your payment data.

6. Your Rights and Choices

6.1 Access and Control

You have full control over your data:

  • Revoke Access: You can revoke the extension's access to your Gmail at any time through your Google Account permissions.
  • Uninstall: Removing the extension deletes all locally stored data.
  • Data Deletion: Since we don't store your data externally, uninstalling the extension effectively deletes all data we have access to.

6.2 Email Data

We do not retain any of your email data. When you close the extension popup, any email data loaded into memory is cleared. We have no ability to access your historical email activity.

7. Children's Privacy

Our extension is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
