Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Gmail Intelligent Session Cleaner Chrome extension ("Extension," "Service," "we," "our," or "us"). By installing or using the Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the Extension, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Extension.

2. Description of Service

Gmail Intelligent Session Cleaner is a Chrome browser extension that helps users organize, clean, and manage their Gmail inbox. The Extension provides features including but not limited to:

• Bulk email deletion and archiving
• Email filtering and preset-based cleaning
• Sender analysis and management
• Storage analysis and large email identification
• Email backup and export functionality
• Scheduled automatic cleaning tasks

3. User Accounts and Authorization

3.1 Google Account

To use the Extension, you must authorize access to your Google/Gmail account through Google's OAuth 2.0 authentication. By granting this authorization, you:

• Confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the Gmail account
• Grant the Extension permission to access your Gmail data as described in our Privacy Policy
• Agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

3.2 License Keys

Pro and Pro+ features require a valid license key. License keys are:

• Non-transferable and for personal use only (unless otherwise specified)
• Valid for lifetime access to the purchased tier
• Subject to revocation if obtained fraudulently or used in violation of these Terms

4. Subscription Tiers

4.1 Free Tier

The free tier provides limited access to Extension features as specified on our website and within the Extension interface.

4.2 Pro and Pro+ Tiers

Paid tiers unlock additional features and higher limits. Features and limits for each tier are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

4.3 Feature Changes

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features from any tier. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Extension only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
• Not use the Extension to violate any laws or regulations
• Not share, sell, or distribute your license key to others
• Not use automated tools or scripts to interact with the Extension beyond its intended functionality
• Take responsibility for reviewing emails before deletion
• Maintain backups of important emails before using bulk operations

6. Data and Email Operations

6.1 Irreversible Actions

Some operations performed by the Extension (such as permanent deletion after emails are removed from Trash) may be irreversible. You acknowledge and accept that:

• Deleted emails can be recovered from Gmail's Trash for 30 days
• After 30 days, or if you empty Trash, deleted emails cannot be recovered
• We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from your use of the Extension

6.2 Backup Responsibility

We strongly recommend using the backup feature before performing bulk operations. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of important data.

7. Intellectual Property

The Extension, including its code, design, features, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that:

• We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Extension
• Your license to use the Extension is limited and non-exclusive
• You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Extension

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF RESULTS
• UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION

We do not warrant that the Extension will meet your specific requirements or that any errors will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of data or emails
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Business interruption
• Personal injury or property damage

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE EXTENSION SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE EXTENSION IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, and our respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Extension
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

11. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for Pro and Pro+ license purchases. To request a refund:

• Contact us within 30 days of purchase
• Provide your order confirmation or license key
• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method

After 30 days, all sales are final and non-refundable.

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it from your browser and revoking its access through your Google account settings.

12.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Extension immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Extension ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by:

• Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms
• Posting a notice within the Extension (for significant changes)

Your continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Third-Party Services

The Extension integrates with third-party services (Google/Gmail). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Extension shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Extension and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
